Standard Shipping within the United States: 2-5 business day, unless stated otherwise.

Out of Country Shipping: 2 weeks- 4 months, unless stated otherwise.

Once purchased, please allow 3-7 business days for your item to be packaged and shipped.

For custom orders the time frame will vary depending on the size and difficulty of the piece. Please allow a standard 2 weeks minimum. Once, the item is completed we will send an email showing the final product to confirm it is to the buyers liking.

Larger Custom pieces will be professionally packaged by FedEX, UPS, or Pak Mail. The piece will come with insurance to cover against any damages that may result during shipping. We DO NOT include shipping costs on larger scale pieces in initial quote, customer is responsible for ALL shipping costs and will be inform the cost once piece is completed and weighed.

refunds

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, a full refund minus shipping costs is available. Refund will not be process until package has arrived and inspected for any damages. Please contact us with any problems.

All items must be returned in like-new, undamaged condition.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange customer damaged products or custom pieces.
All products will be inspected upon return before being refunded.

Returned products must be shipped back within 10 days of receipt. 
If you wish to return an item please contact us for the return address.

Adoni Design is not responsible for any lost or stolen items once it leaves our hands. We do not offer a refund for lost or stolen items, we will however submit a claim to the carrier that was used.
